Job Description :
Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts and deliveries
Coordinate sales team by managing sales deliveries, filing important documents and communicating with customers in respect of deliveries
Coordinate with inhouse logistics team with respect to loading of materials and clearance of the material from the freezone.
Store and sort credit insurance of all invoices in electronic form and present reports.
Communication with inhouse-accounts department and the credit insurance company to ensure smooth processing of work
